Can anyone explain why the debt has to be re-financed - can they not just transfer the debt from RBS and to the American bank on whatever terms the American bank wants to take it on. Taking the debt out of the control of RBS. Assuming that the GG&TH agree to the terms set out. I don't get why GG and TH have to personally ensure that some of their personal wealth has to guarantee a new loan with the RBS. This is confusing.

we arent going to hear whats going on for real until an official statement is made when either the loan deal is sorted out or dic start their due diligence.

My money is on the loan deal being sorted unfortunately but I am fed up with this whole ****ing mess.
