    Highlights - Pool vs Neverton

I just got to watch the review program over here in the states. Was Neverton even on the pitch in the game?

It was all us on the pitch what I saw we played them off the pitch, they had 3 touches and scored 3 goals. I think it was Finnan pulled down for the 1st goal, Alsonso fouled for the 2nd goal and even so Carra should have booted the ball into next week anyway and the 3rd? Well what can I say about Reina's effort. What was he thinking? He obviously wasnt expecting Baldy to be there but even so the ball should have gone over the bar.

We should have had at least 2 penalties (one an obvious handball!!!) possibly 3 awarded and hit the post twice.

Then the next game I see is the Blue scum.....and the ball basically comes that fast at Drog**** he swings a leg at it and the ball goes in. Thats the luck of the game right there my fellow fans. You either have it or you dont and on this day we didnt.

I know you guys have seen it and commented I just wanted to post this as after reading your posts about the game I am not as disappointed as I was all week. We just had a bad day pure and simple, we play good football and our shots just wouldnt go in. So I feel better abhout our season now as days like this dont happen every week we will have less chances and stick in 5 so I beleive we are ok.

I did not get to see the PSV game at all, how did we look there?

Hopefully we can kick some Chelsea arse this week and bring home the bacon.
    Rafa please get me.....

As I said before, I think our attacking has improved.

But our defending has been shambolic compared to last season and that's why we've been dropping points here and there.

I thought we played reasonably well at Everton. Quite simply, our defensive mistakes cost us the game.
