Quite simply - was he any good?
He was a regular when i was just beginning to support the mighty reds but can't actually remember much of him.
Any of you older lads tell me about him?

Great at Derby, merely good for us. Wright & Saunders should have been nailed on to win lots of trophies with us but alas it didnt work out that way.

Decent Centre Half. One of the Souness high profile buys along with Saunders. He got bought (along with DS) from a relegated Derby side which says it all!!. He was a current England international so GS pounced. No Beckenbauer in my book.
