His plan is simple, use the loans to fund the takeover and the stadium. Then reap the rewards in 10 years time when we will have a bigger income than Man Utd and Arsenal. He will make millions in the long run no doubt. Why do you think he is desperate to avoid putting his own money into the club. Thats what banks are for, if all goes to plan for him he'l make a fortune

But you see there is a doubt, because 1. I don't see us having a "bigger income than Man Utd" as our stadium will be smaller and will take another 3 years or so before it's up. 2. He doesn't have the funds to make the team bigger than Man Utd. 3. He's alienated a fair few fans and any more cock ups and he could well see attendances suffering. 4. He is piling an unmanagable amount of debt on the club.

Other than that, he'll make millions.

The debt will be spread out over the next 50 years probably. His plan is to have the massive income pay that back over the long-term, our short term income will make him richer no doubt
