So for all this 'Rafa please make up with Pako' stuff - perhaps it should be Pako who comes out and says 'Yeah, I was wrong'

      Just speculating though, like
Pako was too close with the players, Rafa wanted a professional relationship, not a McClown one
Pako criticised Rafa for buying Babel claiming it was a panic buy
Pako wasn't in charge of training after the summer, he got the hump about that

And finally, the straw off the camels back was Pako and Maureen at Anfield.

I'd love to see Pako come back, as we all would, as he obviously had a massive influence behind the scenes and the players loved him.

But alas I fear it's wishful thinking to imagine he will stroll back in after the bust up he had with Rafa. I worry he's burnt his bridges

I don't know how the management career ladder works, but surely going from fitness coach to sporting director was a big step up for Pako? And isn't it more or less inevitable that a talented assistant will eventually want to step out on his own and be in charge? Assuming those two things, I can't see Pako wanting to come back even if he hadn't fallen out with Rafa.
