I think in terms of suming up DIC you have hit the nail on the head - they are very proud of their reputation and want to be the best at everything they do. They are not scared to invest top dollar to achieve the best in the world at whatever it is they are buying / building, in fact they take pride in it.

Putting aside some of the Human Rights issues surrounding the country (and we all have some of those), all in all a nicer owner to have. They do however want a return on their investment and dont do things on the cheap.

      Exactly mate!

As for the return on the investment I think they'll consider the worldwide exposure that owning LFC will bring them as valuable as any actuall financial return.

        id agree with that.

when someone or some company has that amount of money it no longer becomes about the money anymore.

although with their business accumen i expect to see them turn a profit in the long run if they buy lfc
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."
