Just look when they go to the computer graphics (24secs) the goaline moves backwards in relation to everything else. Take a look at Garcia's standing leg at 24seconds, it's clearly moved back. No wonder they came ot that conclusion

I actually agree that the pic is inconclusive. If the white blob is the ball and not his foot, then you can't see from this that the whole of the ball is over the whole of the line. To me though, it does look like the ball could be over the line.

I still think Chelsea would have preferred to concede the goal than have the penalty awarded and be reduced to 10 men so early in the game. The fact that none of their players protests is more telling in my book than the pic.
