      me too.

I think some folks problem with him is down to snobbery. Instead of looking at a passionate football loving guy that gets the best out of what is at his disposal they just see chris sutton, heskey and long ball. Everywhere he has been barring a short spell at norwich he has overexceeded yet this still isn't good enough. I loved the way he had celtic playing at home in the champions league, high octane pressure football. Similar to Utd's approach only with inferior players.

Its a bit like England, its not fashionable to chose someone that isn't from overseas and speaks english like a ****ing retard.

Also, I will add, personally, I think alot of people hate Maureen because it is cool to do so. sure he is a bad looser, and likes the sound of his own voice, but no the pitch, he has done **** all wrong as a manager.
Bill shankly to Tommy Smith after he'd turned up for training with a bandaged knee:
'Take that poof bandage off, and what do you mean YOUR knee, it's LIVERPOOL'S knee !'

"Sorry, boss, I should have kept my legs together," said Lawrence. "No, Tommy, your mother should have kept her legs together!," replied Shankly.

I was in the 'Rafa out at the end of the season... probably' camp up until the Wigan home game Nic.
I'm now feeling like I did in Houllier's final season.

And his teams are awful to watch. Does nobody remember his awful Leicester teams?
and where are leicester without him? I don't think another manager on the planet could have done a better job than o'neill did at leicester.

His villa side look like they are evolving into the best Villa I have seen in a looooong time, plenty of potential there.

I don't actually dislike him. My main reason I'd be against him is his style of footy. A bit boring. I'm fed up with negative football, we need a change. I'd ****ing love to see an attacking manager get ahold of Torres Gerrard and Babel

But we're on another level from anything he's done before.

Think he's Houllier in a tracksuit myself.

They used to beat us half the time...... At Anfield.
Lennon said before, he used to have the team believing before they went on to the pitch, that they were the stars, and they went out and they played like it. What he did at Leicester was nothing short of outstanding.

same as myself. I'd been hoping he would stop making basic mistakes (team selection etc) and hoping and hoping but as every game goes by I've been becoming more and more disillusioned. I think "Is Cleear" we are going nowhere

i don't have it in me to start over with a new manager, new 3 year plan new players...

don't know how many players will stay and how it will end up...

it's a russian roulette letting him go and i don't want to take a chance on it actually getting worse than it already is...

thats a ****ing insult. they are chalk and cheese.

its a pointless argument anyway as he won't leave villa and why would he? we'll never know so the ones that didn't want him can gloat forever more. the rest will be thinking 'if only, if ****ing only'.
