Sunderland could prove to be a 'Derby experience' (ie 4-5-6 nil)

Facing Chelsea away at a time when they're not playing THAT free flowing footy could prove to be a 'turn of the season'. First team to beat them at SB in ages?

    Barnsley. Next round please.

Inter. Now THAT is a challenge. But we all know what a CL night at Anfield is like. Juve sh*t their pants when they were here u know.

Boro is another team we'll beat. IF Rafa goes back to school and attends the 'Course of attacking, part one'

Bolton away, now with no SA urging them to kick the sh*t out of us, could also result in 3 points.

    West Ham. Revenge time.

Barcodes. Even Kuyt could score against that defence.

NOW, this would not mean that we'd be any closer to the top spot, but it would surely mean that 2-3-4 spot would be within reach.

Any one else here on the same drugs as me?

problem is look at our last months games we've played some **** sides, and we managed 2 wins in all of that, and one was against a non league side ffs, really can't see the positives here.

    Wigan H
    Luton A
    Boro A
    Luton H
    Villa H
    Havant H
    West Ham A

We won't start to win games in the league before the players start to give 100% on the pitch.

The big problem is that some of our players don't seem to care at all. Then it won't matter if you are the better team or not.

If Rafa can't correct that then there is no way that we will be on a winning run again this season.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

I know what i'd do, but of course it could fail cataclysmically

            V Sunderland

I'd play Torres, Gerrard, Mascherano, Carra, Hyypia, Reina

and i'd fill the other 5 spots out with reserve team players, lets be honest they can't give any worse performances then we've seen at the moment.

They'll play with heart and determination, and I really don't think it'd be that detrimental to our overall performance to give them a game. If we lose we lose it's not like things can get much worse at the moment.

I'd make it clear that the underachieving little gob ****es who've been playing week in week out, can either shape up or **** off, and they've now got take their places back from a bunch of kids

Which is why we need Pako or Sammy Lee or someone as the assistant manager.
