there is no reason whatsoever to play 1 upfront with an overcomplicated midfield against sunderland. 442 with crouch and torres upfront. or how about 433 with masch alonso/lucas and gerrard in the middle with torres, crouch and babel upfront.

I know how you feel but I could never purposely miss watching a LFC match. My guess is that you couldn't either..

To be honest mate, all this **** over the last few months has really made me think about other things.

At the end of the day I'll always be a liverpool supporter and i'l always watch the vast majority of games, but i doubt i'll continue to go out of my way this season anyway, to watch the overpaid ****ers in every match. Particularly a pain in the arse kick off, against frigging sunderland, if we fail to win it'd only put me in a bad mood over the weekend and feel the need to disect the performance player by player, which is just a great waste of time as it achieves **** all.

I would love to see a couple of youngsters play but Rafa would have to have a brain explosion first before he did this wouldnt he?. Young players are great in the sense that they are not scared, will give 100% and will have a go unlike some of the more fancied well payed cream puffs that inhabited the LFC shirt last night

It would be nice to see a few get their chance, I often wonder if Rafa had been in charge as owen was breaking through, would rafa actually have given him his chance at such a young age

He would never drop Gerrard and plays it too safe to try Insua or Nemeth is such a must win game. Lucas played well against West Ham so he definitly wont start!!

I'd like Rafa to give a try to his Valencia system. I know he tried it in his 1st season and abandoned it quite quickly, but in tough times Rafa should go to what he knows.

And yet we've just signed Masher and Skrtl who probably won't contribute a single goal or assist for the remainder of the season. Never mind the almost criminal misuse of Crouch. Our failure to capitalise on winning positions and our constant failure to turn draws into wins after a last hoorah for the last 15 minutes has Rafa's name written all over it.

Failure to pick up 3 points on Satdee and all hell's gonna break loose.
