Why can Rafa sell players who he has lost confidence in but players not lose confidence in Rafa? Why is Rafa now bigger than the club?

If I were Gerrard or Carra, I'd be feeling pretty pissed off as well. It's easy for us to sit here and judge, but to them, it's their career and life - if they're not happy under a certain boss, they're quite entitled to their feelings I would say.
I don't think Gerrard has been purposely below par or that Carragher has purposely been giving away penalties. If they are less than supportive behind the scenes or don't feel like gushing his praises in public, that is their perogative. All 'employees' have the right to air their concerns.
Lets put it this way, if Rafa had us up there in the title race, there would be no problems.Comment
