In fairness, they're second string is every bit as good as their first, hense the chopping and changing of his first team through the season

Doesn't Finnan play LB for Ireland?

Not anymore. He's retired from international football.

Part of the reason he retired was because he kept getting shunted out to LB to accommodate ****e like Steven Carr.

He can play there but he's not very effective - a bit like Carra at RB.

Surely it would make more sense to switch Finnan and Carra so at least one of them is in their natural position?
