    its obvious some players are not good enuf so out ta **** with them..

    CM steve - alonso
    CM macher - lucas
    LM newsigning 20m - leto
    ST torres - babel
    ST new signing 20m - reserve 4th choice nemeth??

    that totals 70m for 4 decent world class players.
    we could recoup 35m by gettin rid of 8 players

    net spend 35 million..

    left side is obviously my first team with players on the right as back up.

    whats your thoughts on my simple straight forward strategy for next seasons squad???

            free transfer if he wants to continue to play. or stay on in a training capacity but gone from the first team squad

                  He's getting on a bit, but who do we replace him with?

                  Agger? He looks to be injury prone. More injuries at LFC than Sami EVER had. As good as he is, Agger cannot be relied upon.

                  Skrtel? Clearly needs to bed in for a while before starting regularly.

                  Sami has been one of the few players worth his salt and worth the red shirt in recent weeks. While our captain sulks with his head down, Sami puts everything into his performances.

                  We should be begging the bloke to stay IMO.

                    His experience is invaluable. He has stepped up a level since we signed Skrtel imo.

                      He stepped up when we bought Agger too.

                      And he's always saying how he welcomes the competition for places.

                              I think Sami is free to go, assuming Agger makes a full recover.

                              Sami has been a legend but we have Carra, Agger, Skrtel and perhaps Hobbs. That's all we need for next season.
