But if you were to ask who would deserve it based on play then it's Arsenal. If not Arsenal, then Chelsea.

Basically anyone but the Scum. And possibly the Bitters, but they won't be in a title race anytime soon.

just be relieved arsenal have improved ten folds from last season or the mancs would be strolling to it. arsenal so far look like they mean business, can it last though? im unsure, van persie is extremely injury prone and adebayor wont score like this forever.

Like I said on this thread earlier, I'd prefer to see Arsenal win it over Chelsea.

It's definately a 3 horse race.

Both Arsenal and Scum have to visit Stamford Bridge before May, and Chelsea haven't lost there for fuppin ages.

without question, any football fan should want arsenal to win the title this year (unless you are a manc or a chav!)...there are many reasons for this to be honest - the football they play being probably the main reason. Arsenal are a footballing team that a lot of us on here would like liverpool to be. Their movement is simply awesome and i for one would love to see what they do differently in training to every other team out there because they seem to know each others games so well....when they are on form, then it is like watching a training match or as if they are playing against a team that have had 4 men sent off because the other team just seems to be chasing shadows for long periods of the game..... if they were in la liga or serie A, then i reckon they would be the formidable team in those leagues becasue if there is one weakness that arsenal might have, it's if you kick the **** out of them, then you might beat them (although not as much as before - this particular tactic is getting less and less effective as time goes by.....)

however, the main reason that i would like to see arsenal win the league (now that lfc are definately OUT of the title race) is the cost of their team. ManU liked to make out that chelsea "only bought" their 2 recent titles but manU have been doing that for the best part of a decade. Arsenal's current first team features:

Almunia - free
Clichy - free / youths
Toure - free / youths
Gallas - (bought in a part exchange with ashley cole - gallas + 15m for cole???)
Sagna - 5.5m
Hleb - 7m
Fabregas - 0.5m
Flamini - free
Eboue - free

when yoo look at that team - it cost 33m to assemble AND THAT'S NOT TAKING INTO ACCOUNT THE 15M THEY GOT AS PART OF THE GALLAS - COLE SWAP DEAL.....****in hell.....basically that is a spend of 18m or in other terms, a dirk kuyt, jermaine pennant and a harry kewell!!!

Chelsea I feel are getting stronger and are playing better. They are still a bunch of Chavs.

Arsenal actually have players who don't **** themselves in tight situations and pass and move a lot. Their manager looks like a gay.

So all in all I will go with Arsenal. I think they will have the mental edge as they enjoy their football too much and goals are from all over the park.

If Ronaldo doesn't score, Man U will get nervous.

I'm going to go for Chelsea in 2nd place as they are very powerful. They are still Chavs.
