To my mind none of our current players is ever totally crap.
I don't really care which of our former players you lot want to slag off..
Suppose you have a physicist and a sociologist standing at the side of a field, observing a set of events unfolding on the field. The physicist does [describes] it using the terminology of mass and velocity and frequency of radiation and the rest. And the sociologist does it by describing it as a rugby match.

Depends how you look at it. If you're just saying outright worst/least effective player (1st teamer, because it's unfair to judge any of the youth players now) and discounting cost, then probably Pellegrino. Nunez was woeful too, but he was kinda forced on us as part of the Owen deal.
Pound for pound, it'd be Kuyt for me. Or Morientes. At least Kuyt scored 14 goals last season.

Mad as it sounds I really believe that.
Just the wrong system, wrong manager and wrong style for him, if anyone thinks he cant finish just look at his goals, regardless of what league he scores themin it shows he can ****ing finish.

ha ha I am not saying I dont, hes been nothing short of a nightmare this season, my point is that I really think our system and negativity ruins any chance of Kuyt scoring goals for us.
Also his confidence must be shot to ****.....he needs goals at some level, heres when a better reserve standard would help. RAFA Comment

I think his career with us is coming to an end, thats life, but I have no doubts he will become a great goalscorer at some club, and I wish him well.

We wait two years for Rafa to sign a qualtity wide midfield player and then he goes and spends seven million on Pennant.Twin boys - now arriving late August 2008.
