Harvey mate, as alan has touched on, its not so much the injuries he has had which get on my tits. Its the half hearted, tackle dodging passionless displays he has continually churned out for us mate.

As you say he is hardly going to give up his contract, who would?

My opinion of him is formed purely by what I have seen of this lad on the field when I say hes a ****house.:bird:

The original poster said kewell is the best winger on our books and i'm inclined to agree, Yossi isn't a winger and as such he's not in the same category, the only wingers we've got are Kewell and Pennant. If he'd said wide player then fair enough, but he never. Gerrard played on the right of midfield for a season, he wasn't a winger was he?

Ofcourse he wants a new contract. But he's not made the effort and he doesnt deserve it. This is typical Harry Kewell. ****e performances all year round then at the end of the season start mouthing off about being fit and ready to perform. Never ever does though.

Kewell should take a pay as you play contract with us next yr.It wouldn`t cost us what we pay him now and would show his desire to thank the club for sticking with him through years of injury.If he bales out for more money than we`re offering him(If we offer him) then he is Coops`s favourite word.

kewell has been a massive disappointment for us. His first season was decent in which I think he scored 14 goals and created a few too. Since then a succession of injuries has destroyed his liverpool career.

Every pre-season I find myself hoping kewell has a decent pre-season under his belt and that this will help him have a decent season. Every season he spends half of the season injured, the other quarter walking about the pitch 'trying' to get match fit and the final quarter playing some decent football.

Its time to end the kewell debate - he should be shown the door
