that there is a 90 day clause where either party, when instagating the sale of there shares HAS to give the other party (hicks) first refusal at a market price on there shares, but i understand that this clause is only valid for 90 days and after such time has ellapsed gg can sell to who he wishes

This is all part of the total takeover by DIC.We all knew Hicks would play hardball.I can't see how he see's himself ever stepping foot into Anfield again without being lynched(Not literally).

id imagine it would be when gillet makes his intention clear to hicks and the solicitors at kop holdings are instucted by both parties, so due to gillets silence and hicks lieing that could be any time over the last 10 weeks.

Ok, that's all fine, but it's actually been Hicks who has been negotiating with DIC, rather than Gillett...so has Gillett even been made an offer?

It's all messy, nobody can be sure of anything. That's why i'm not sure of the significance of your 90 day point.
