      why would G&H hand over 18 mil on a player if their about to sell basically.

        Is that you saying that or is it from somebody else? it would make sense though. I guess who funds the transfer is a issue.

          Owning the web site will give them more space for their propoganda, knowing that a lot of LFC fans are reading regularly, always getting THEIR side of the story.

              Don't know if it's been posted but I've heard whispers that Gillett is frantically looking for a way out.

              Edit: Of the club I mean. He's not taken a wrong turn on one of them bleedin' American highways.

                        Just believe and you never know what will happen.

                        According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

                            Both Gillett and Hicks want to sell. They will of course want the right price so it will probably take a while until the deal is done and dusted.

                                Unless H & G win us the Premiership now or very close to now, they're ****ed. We'll bitch and whine and scream and complain until their ears bleed and their pockets are empty. I hope they realize this. This is what's unique about LFC.


                                I have a feeling they believed that this was some cute, homely enterprise which they could make money on until the cows come home to Hicks' Texas ranch. We need to win things here. For Man U and Chavski and others, winning the league seems to be about commercial activities and balance sheets and breaking into new territories. We just need to win. To be the best.


                                The Premiership. The Premiership. The Premiership. Forgive me, but bollocks to the Champions League for the time being. The English league is what we want. Put in place the structures and finances for Rafa to win it, or leave now. It's as simple as that.
