All they have said on skysportnews is that there are reports about liverpools future at 1.30pm. Nothing about a press conference.

It will take 30 minutes for Professor Tom Cannon to write up his notes and get to the studio.

I wonder what he will say today
"What's your favourite Beatles album then?"
"I think I'd have to say....Best of the Beatles"

DIC no different than Hicks & Gillett, more debt on club blah blah blah
Bob Paisley - "This club has been my life. I'd go out and sweep the street and be proud to do it for Liverpool if they asked me to."

If they do intend to buy us they are not in it for prestige. They have enough already.

They would be in it for profit. Actually if they got things right they could turn a sizeable profit on the matter. If they get the commerical side of the club right, plus the new stadium they could flip the club for 600-700 million within 4 years. Thus a potential profit of 250 million.

They would not be in it for prestige or kudos. Profit only.

The only advantage I can see in DIC is that they would not have to borrow huge amounts to purchase the club or the stadium. Thus they would save a huge amount in interest and hence have a little more to invest in the club. But again not silly money.
I think you're getting the thin end of the wedge here, TBH...

The kind of money DIC generates is infinitely more substantial than that which LFC could generate. They're different ball parks. It would be similar to someone with a £50k salary going out of their way to earn £500. It's not worth their time, because any profits they make from LFC would be loose change compared to the money they have.

Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.
