I am not giving Hicks a penny, I pay for the PTS whether I go or not, I have been buying 2 tickets for EVERY game this and last season and often others have gone in my place as I am skint but from now on nobody gets a ticket... Hicks gets **** all from me.

Fair play to you. I'm boycotting merchandise. The next step I guess will be to boycott games. It comes down to a matter of principle for you personally though as the truth is if you dont go, there will always be someone to go in your place.

Its a sad situation to be in mate and worst thing is that it very possible that it will get worse.

Thats a very good point. He may have offerred some shares to GG who of course said no.

In the end it's up to Hicks if he want to make the gamble and buy Gillett's 50% and then hope that DIC is still interested to buy the whole club at a higher price.

It's a big gamble but something Hicks is used to.

"It is not clear whether Al-Ansari would be based on Merseyside in the event of a takeover, but sources close to DIC have said that it would recruit “the best football brains in the country” to work closely with the team manager."

You can kiss Rafa goodbye if this happens, and also kiss goodbye to any chances of getting Mourinho (for those secretly hoping he'd be second choice if Rafa leaves).

How do you come up with that from the quote you show? Or is this a dig at Rafa and Jose M?
