Yeah, the peace talks between Hamas and the Israelis are going forward However, I don't think the date quoted will be the end of the mess!

If it is true that they have rejected, we have to start raising the stakes of the protests to show them we really mean it!! Hopefully something can be arranged for the WH fixture tommorow, so the yanks will no they are not welcomed!

Loosen that rope for now. If they have been in talks for weeks (as DIC claim), then DIC would not have made an offer it they did not believe Hicks could be persuaded to sell. This offer could be 'best and final', but I seriously doubt it. Gillett's comment about being 'low balled' (apart from ruling out a career as a sailor) sounds like a negotiating position, rather than a '**** off' to me

If this is all true I would expect an official statement from DIC within the next day or so, explaining their side of things! They will at some point make a press release stating why and how it failed to emerge...

But then again, this might just be a small bump in the neverending tale of the takeover...

i am hoping for all this to end,one way or another,because im sick to death with it.

my only worry is,hicks remaining means were just gonna go from one bad situation to another.

what do we do?
do we move on and for the sake of the team,accept the inevitable.
or
do we spend the rest of our lives complaining and trying to force the fat **** out,which in turn will affect the team,its bound to aint it?

If Gillet reckons the DIC offer isn't good enough for his 50%, what sort of price has he put on it ? and surely Hicks won't let Gillet take the piss and make him overpay. It's all madness
