Not really. To place huge significance in the use of the word "our" is bizarre. That's just a figure of speech. DIC are LFC fans. Hence "OUR". Get it?

Being that, The word OUR used by Hicks while talking to Samir Al Ansari meant that THE DEAL had been done.

it is a bit naughty to leak personal letters to the press (if indeed she did do this).

I mean...this lack of integrity could manifest itself in other ways once they become owners - perhaps to our cost.

I think it highlights the fact that hicks is and has been talking to DIC when for a while he denied all about them. There would be no denials if it came out because there is the proof and the fact he is p**sed about it tells you it's real.

Wouldn't surprise me - as DIC have said the letter didn't come from them, and of course it has to of come from somewhere. (if I had known that before I posted the comment about the wording of the letter, I'd not of mentioned it!)

What shouldn't be overlooked is the fact that the letter was a request by Hicks to go and see DIC and not the other way around. He was quite jovial in his reference to "Amanda" in his letter but was scathing about her in the news article. Also he says that his people can work around DIC's schedule. Very accommodating of him . Doesn't sound like he's playing hardball to me it sounds like he's actually courting DIC.

That doesn't ring true.

The letter is conclusive proof (as if we needed it) that Hicks is a liar. There is no point in Hicks quashing every rumour that he is about to sell only to make public written evidence to the contrary.

Hicks is blaming DIC for leaking the letter. That puts DIC in bad light. He probably knew that the letter would get out sooner or later and decided to leak it first and blame DIC.

Maybe it was leaked by the club, like an instant replay of dic's seven year exit plan being leaked last year. Maybe dic are still licking their wounds?

Either way I reckon hick's back is to the wall and he is going down with a fight.... no suprises there.
