        Nice finish.

From everything I've read and seen this lad certainly looks like he's going to be good.

I`ve not been impressed at all when I`ve seen him before. Is he better than Hobbs and the young spanish guy?

The fact that San Jose was on the bench against Chelsea indicates that Rafa must rate him pretty highly.

yes, but San Jose was behind Hobbs earlier in the season. It does look like there are some decent players coming up now, but not a Fowler/Owen wonderkid.

True, although Nemeth or Paceacho could be the Fowler/Owen wonder striker we have been waiting for. They still have a lot of developing to do, but they have huge potential.

Yeah, Hobbs is obviously the closest to the first team of the three, but Rafa obviously rates San Jose second to him as he put him on the bench rather than Huth.

We won't know how good Pacheco/Nemeth are before they have played in the league. They could be as good as Owen or Fowler, we don't know that yet.

One thing is for sure, they need to play week in week out against very good players to be able to reach their full potential.

They don't do that right now. Either Rafa loans them out to a good club or give them a chance.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Have him on the bench, bring him on for 30minutes.

If we are cruising at HT we could even bring him on then. The kid looks a genuine chance of being a first teamer
WTF were you doing up at 2.48am then

I'm not sure thats true players like Diaby, Song and Traore have all been slowly adapted to the Arsenal way and Walcott has also been eased in (I accept that Wenger has said he has made some mistakes in his development but that could be to take the pressure off the player). I think it is about choosing the right time and not rushing people in.

That doesn't mean that now isn't the right time for Nemeth and I do think that for us it would be a real plus point to have the extra two bench places from next season (even if I think it is overall a negative for the competitive nature of the PL without an age cap being enforced).

Will you stop going on about Nemeth and Pacheco ffs.

You've seen them play a handfull of games in the reserves, yes these players have potential but they don't need to be thrown into the deep end especially when our team is playing so **** and we have some vital games coming up. Patience Tommy, they will get their chance when the time is right.

Rafa and his staff, see them train everyday and they obviously don't think their ready. I think people need to stop pinning so much hope on a couple of boys and just let them develop and when they are ready i am sure Rafa will give them their chance (Which is prity much what he said on LFC.Now yesterday).
