    Definately.

Think we've hit the woodwork about 5 times in the last 3 games which is desperately close whichever way you look at it.

Is this the same Andy Gray who said at 8-28pm on 25/05/05

      "Game well and truly over"

      ??????
Lawrenson:"Well thats 3 good chances they have had in the first 3 minutes of this half"

Motson:"" Yes Mark, you could almost say that they have had 3 chances in as many minutes"

Lawrenson: Errr I thought I just did say that, John"

You know Iceman, I do believe it might be!
I could not dig, I dared not rob:
Therefore I lied to please the mob.
Now all my lies are proved untrue
And I must face the men I slew.
What tale shall serve me here among
        Mine angry and defrauded young?

Sack Rafa - we've won NOTHING in the last month or so!
Sack Parry - actually not gonna argue that one.
Sack Bellamy, Kuyt - Obviously NOT proven goalscorers.
Drop Gerrard - Total crap OUT of position!
Drop Pennant, Alonso - Actually one or two games may help.

I thought we deserved 3 points - was frustrating that we played them off the park for much of 2nd half and could not finish - hence the need to sack our useless strikers.
Shame we're out of it so early. Good luck to the Arse though - well and truly back in!
IF ONLY WE HAD 1 MORE POINT......................

How can anyone be out of the title race in september?
Arsenal are 1 point ahead of us yet sky think they are back in the race but we are out of it.I have read many posts where reds fans on these forums complain about the comments made by the sky pundits and presenters and thought to myself they are just being para, but now i realise they are absolutely full of ****.

I'm far from happy today but, ffs,we are going to be up there come the end of season,in that i'm sure.YNWA...........this is just a blip.
Yes but it will be repeated ad nauseam until such time as Arsenal drop a point and we go above them.

It is crazy that even before a ball was kicked yesterday the brain-dead tv people were saying we'd be out of the race if we'd lost. At that point we had 35 games left to play. So we are one point behind Arsenal with 34 games left to play and we're out of the race but they're in? You have to laugh

I've now seen all the likely contenders and none of them look up to much.

Man U were getting the usual media love-in treatment after three easy games against likely relegation candidates and a match against Spurs who haven't won at Old T since the year dot. Arsenal were getting the runaround by all and sundry, but they narrowly beat the previously vastly-overrated Man U and all of a sudden they're contenders. Chelsea were decidedly average against us and were outplayed on all fronts but win through a once-in-a-season freak goal.

So I'm extremely confident that we will soon make rapid progress up the table as the other three don't look all that.

Yes, I can't believe people can be so thick! They were just overreacting so that they could make "Grand Slam Sunday" even more dramatic! Nothing but pure propaganda...
