Slightly wrong, Pako did line up other jobs, but with the backing of Rafa, they have not fallen out and there is an open ivatation to Pako anytime he wants to return

This is from a chief Steward who also works as a club Gofer, setting up sky contracts, arranging transport for LFC staff and even sometimes ferrying players about. He did help Pako first move in and became quite close to him. It was always planned that if Paco found a senior job he would have a bash, he cant stay as number 2 for ever.

Those that hid Anne Frank were breaking the law.
Those that killed her, were following the law.

Taken from an interview Rafa did with El Mundo: http://liverpool-translated.blogspot.com/

In this area, you no longer work with Paco Ayestarán, who negotiated with Athletic, Barça and finally Real Sociedad to leave your side. Are you disappointed in the way he left?
      - I am very disappointed. When you put your blind faith on somebody and they disappoint you as a person, the professional aspect loses all value, it’s secondary. Sometimes the desire for power changes people. I would like to keep all the good memories but the whole situation was a surprise

Think this was the top and botton of it, Rafa felt Paco was being disloyal
