Apart from 1 goal. Count it 1, thats 1 of his 19. (and Im not counting his cross which founds its way in) he was a **** finisher. Every chance he had, he smacked it. Look at his goal in the Super Cup. Clean thru he smacked it. Straight at the keeper. Then he got the rebound and it went in. The dopey ****er ran off like he'd scored th goal of the decade to win the world cup. He wouldnt close people down. He would moan at his team mates during the game. Lets put it this way, if he was the world beater you seem to think he is, why did we get rid?

TNS, FC KAUNAS x2, CSKA SOFIA, CSKA MOSCOW x2, BIRMINGHAM x2, BLACKBURN, ANDERLECHT x2, PORTSMOUTH x2, EVERTON, NEWCASTLE, WBA, WHU x3.

Cisse was the only scorer in 3 games, and was first scorer on two other occasions.

Ok so Bellers scored against Haifa in the third CL round. Cisse scored against CSKA in the same round so thats 1 for 1. He didnt score against PSV. Now I think PSV will be the second strongest team in ourr group which last year was Chelsea. Cisse didnt score against them in Europe so its level there. He hasnt played against Everton either but Cisse has. In fact that was probably his best goal for us and if he actually tried finishing like that rather than smacking it he'd scored a lot more.

I know it reminded me of the end of the Houllier era when all we did was sit back and pump longballs up to Mikey

How on earth can a player who scored 19 goals last season, whilst playing out of position and out of favour, 'offer nothing'.

                  Total joke.
Cisse should have been a sprinter not a footballer. Bundles of pace but **** all ability as a striker. Couldn't lead the line, hold up the ball or bring his team mates into play. Anytime I seen him 1 on 1 with a keeper he always went for power and most of the time missed. He scored 19 goals against **** opposition!!

Rhods - I'm not even going to get involved in the Cisse debate.

Saying Cisse is a better player than Bellamy is like saying Lee Trundle is better than Thierry Henry.

Oh bollocks. I couldn't stop myself.

This is true - I'd never seen him play before we signed him, except for compilation vids, but I found it amazing how many goals he scored for Auxerre by shooting with force practically right at the keeper in one-on-ones. It was obvious he didn't have the subtlety in his finishing that for one Bellamy has. The only time he got a decent goal by placing it was against Everton.

19 goals mate, 19 goals. I doubt Bellamy will get 10.
Spot on. What's Bellamy's record for us? 1 goal in 7 or 8 games. Even worse then his record usually is.

you've been fcuking negative about bellamy from before he signed.

i've always thought your posting was fairly well thought out and constructive, but now your talking complete bollocks.

whats gerrards record this season, 0 goals in 7 or 8 games, henry's record is similar, and sheva's.

lets give everyone some time before we start using pointless stats
