The fact that Hicks will make major bank from his dealings with us is enough to make my blood boil. If they are going to sell, I would prefer to focus on the new owners, and learn from our mistakes.

More than they ****in well should, They may as well have rode in with Handkerchiefs pulled over their faces & 6 shooters blasting, grabbing the club from the Dumb Banker (Parry) while the Dumber Owner (Moores) looks on.

Hopefully the Possy (DIC), will track them down & bring them to justice. Or failing that, maybe just pay large sums of Money to them to carry on riding & never come back.

I'll take a stab at it. I guess we are assuming the 460M GBP is correct. That report also said G&H would double their investment. I believe it has been earlier reported that G&H had to come up with 55M GBP in the refinancing package.

From that I believe it is broken down like this

RBS loan = 350m GBP
G&H = 110M GBP

However as G&H had to come up with 55M GBP they would on make 55M profit (27.5M each). Their is also 40-60M GBP left to drawn down on the RBS loan eg unused.

Thats my take on the Mirror report which is more likely to be speculation than fact IMO but I believe the report was saying something like the above.
