I don't personally want him gone but IF he has lost the dressing room and the respect of the senior players then there is no other option IMOOriginally posted by Diego View Postexactly, that is what worries me, best fans in the world give me a ****ing brake. it's only a season if we can look past the current state it will only be a blimp. the only reason i condone rafa going is if he has lost the player. we can't ship out the entire team...
theres a thin line between love and hate.Dare we believe

The team Rafa sent out today should have been more than capable of winning today. The fault lies with the players IMO. Kuyt, I'm sorry but he does need to go, he has had enough chances this season, admittedly he scored but he also missed his share as well today as did Crouch. To be fair their keeper did have a cracking game today where as ours was shocking.
To sack Rafa would be stupid, give him the full 5 seasons before even thinking about sacking him. There is no one available who is fit to be in his shoes at the moment. He deserves a full 5 years as a minimum for what he has don't for this club in the last few years. Let him bring through some of these youth players he has bought and fully back him in the transfer market and see where he takes us. I do think some of the decisions Rafa makes at times are confusing but thats why I'm here writing this and he is seen as one of the most accomplished managers in world football. The guy knows a hell of a lot more about the ins and outs of managing a football club than us on here will ever know.

He's lost the players. Simple as that. And for that reason he has to go. It's not knee jerk, it's the fact that he is living off that Champions league win and that's itOriginally posted by knockers View PostMore knee jerk reactions from Internet fans. I didnt watch the game so cant comment on this one directly, but this is becoming a sickeningly regular reality.
Something has to change & I am slowly becoming more convinced that has to be Rafa I am afraid, even if it is their fault that the players have turned against him initially. But I just cannot see anyone decent wanting to come in with them yank cunts in charge.
...& just when I thought things couldnt get any worse the pig-faced granny-suckling cuntbag scores against the gooners. ****ing hell.3rd place. Worst champions ever.

These self appointed super fans make me laugh my arse off. They claim that the majority of us are 'intenet fans'.
While it may well be the right thing to give Rafa a full 5 years in your opinion laying the blame the the door of the players is simply laughable. Who out the players out there? Who bought some of them to the club? Who is dictating tactics to them on the pitch and on the traing ground.
I'm all for supporting the team and Rafa but I've not got rose tinting glasses on either. Struggling against Luton, Havant and who??? and Barnsley is not acceptable and the run of form over the past 6 weeks has been ****e.
Still think all this is knee jerk based on one performance?
Wake up and smell the coffee FFS.Winning an argument on the internet is like winning the special olympics, even if you win you are still a retard!

This last paragraph is spot on. He is great at the intriciaces of the game etc but it's the simplest of stuff that he gets wrong. In the beginning I didn't see it as a problem as I thought he'd learn and cut out these silly decisions/mistakes but it seems that's it's actually ahabit with him and he just won't. Which is why I think we need to move on.Originally posted by knockers View PostMore knee jerk reactions from Internet fans.
