no the two CL finals medals one as a winner, his UAFA cup winners medal, two Spanish league title medals, FA cup winners medal, supercup winners medal, league cup runners up medal and I'm sure he's got a few more tucked away somewhere. They are what qualify him to manage Liverpool. What do have in your medal collection or on your football management CV? :whatever:

Right, who does everybody think should be our next manager then? How are we gonna replace the exodus of Spanish stars once Rafa has gone? Who will we find who loves the club as much as Rafa does?

I wish Manyoo had sacked Fergie after 4 years of winning NOTHING (that's right, no CL or FA cup).

I would agree entirely, but it seems like he has lost half of the team & you jsut cannot recover from that. Stevie & Jamie etc must really share than some of the blame on this one I am afraid.

rafa's main problem is he is too nice. he reckons he needs a big squad to succeed - wrong (quality not quantity) - and so on a not to big budget he bought alot of average players (aurelio, pennant, kyut, voronin, crouch to name some) and now HAS to play them in order to keep them happy. the problem being that as average players, the opposition are not afraid to face them. hopefully after this performance rafa will grow some bollocks and realise his rotation policy has been the wrong thing to do and play his strongest 11 from now on. the man needs to be more ruthless / aggressive / mean to succeed at a big club like lfc.

That may be the case, but I sincerely hope not. I just can't think of anyone more suitable to run our club, and I think given time he'll come good, I genuinely do.

It's not. It's that he looks too much into the simplicity of the game and that he is too stubborn. Get rid of these 2 and he could be THE best.
