    Disappointed............

.................in some of the fans near me in the Kop. Especially one behind.

I dont like the fact that they get on players backs, the same as i think most dont. But, how can you come out with things like "You old ****" and "Moron" towards Hyypia, and shouting to Alonso " You Spanish C**t". Even more so considering a lot of our team is spanish, and I certainly dont think they would be shouting that towards Torres!!

Really annoyed me and half felt like turning round and smacking him. Would have seriously give him an earful, but cant even be bothered talking to gobsh*tes like that, especially as there were a couple of small children around me.

Anyone else found that there are a number of people now in the Kop who obviously, cannot wait for someone to **** up so they can give them a gobful aswell.

    Really pissed me off!!!!!

put it this way, when soebody slags a player off, just think to yourself... If he was any good, he might be out there instead of him, so basically they dont have much right to slag somebody else off..

thats how i see it anyway

Their are plenty of ****s in the Kop these days

I would say though i dont think people are waiting for players to ****. But more just expecting it. We miss so many chances i just expect us to miss them nowadays. I dont even get excited anymore when we have a good looking attack coz i just know we will **** it up (9 times out of 10)

Not true in the case of Kuyt, voronin, Aurelio, Kewell and a few others. Half the crowd would do a better job than those

Football is fast losing its way. Everyone wants everything yesterday and are fickle as ****. Gob****es like the one you described at the game are common place now.

Not seen the match. Disappointing result but we move on. That won't stop me from supporting Rafa and the team for the next match. We should ride through this storm.

Liverpool fans used to have class, used to get behind their team. They're no better than anybody else nowadays, and a lot worse than some.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

It's nothing new, even at Anfield. I remember Ian Callaghan getting abused in the '70s, Sammy Lee and Ronnie Whelan getting terrible stick in the '80s, and in the 90s, well, take your pick.

Racism and monkey noises were just as prevalent at Anfield as anywhere else, and the Munich song regularly made an appearance at every game, regardless of who we were playing.

If there had been the internet back then you can guarantee there'd have been just as much moaning as there is today.

It's no new development, nor is it symptomatic of the declining standards of modern football supporters. It's just the way it is and has been for a long time.
