1/ Current shortcomings (motivation, underperformance, etc) and their resolution.
2/ New opportunities (playing style etc).
3/ Transfer strategy assumming 10m + outgoings per year

Just trying to get people to think about how to make LFC succeed. Would seem prefereable to pretty much everything else which is being posted at the moment.

1:lack of cohesion,confidence, and style.we need to play attacking football that is good to watch,and win everything at the same time.we are in need of 3 players,a striker,a winger and an attacking fullback.a clearout is also needed,with up to 10 players out the door swiftly.the incoming from these players can buy above striker/winger.fullback and young - hungry squad players - not voronin etc.

2:we play the same team - form and injuries allowed for - week in week out.we take the focus of defense,and put it onto fast paced attacking football,pass and move, and play the beautiful game with style.with the dagger,carra,masch in defence - it will look after itself.when older players tire in the last third we bring on young starlets to run the opposition ragged, not kuyt to bore them to death.

3:see above clearout and youth policy.as well as new arab owners with deep pockets.either way,we place more trust in youth, imagine that we will actually play them in serious games so they can get used to playing at that level! unheard of...and well spend alot more on them too.

2011? we concentrate on the league - hitting the top 2 in first year.then with luck we win in 2011 but more likely 2012 when our youth policy starts to pay off and the new stadium is the 12th man.the glory will be ours forever and ever - amen.
