He did that and then Rafa took a look at it and saw how **** it was and changed it to something much better.Originally posted by Ben Tover View PostAs in design the inside. I am sure there was a segement on Football Focus and Rick Parry and Heighway trying to help Houllier design it like that French youth academy
The job Rafa has done with the Academy and the reserves is just excellent.Just believe and you never know what will happen.
According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Actually Rafa hasn't changed any of the facilities. He has changed the policy with the academy and the criteria to be part of the Academy. Benitez described the facilities as world class.Originally posted by AFII View PostHe did that and then Rafa took a look at it and saw how **** it was and changed it to something much better.

What's 'not successful' for you ?Originally posted by Ben Tover View PostIf he's not successful then yes. I will be.
Can't you accept that we aren't the best club in the land anymore ? We're at most 4th best right now. We don't have a god given right to win things every year. These things take time, and a dynasty even longer.
We should stick behind the manager and the team instead of moaning, IMO. Would serve the club better than wallowing in self pity.
Manure fans reading this forum would be laughing their arse over such comments.

Rafa IS part of the problem BUT at the then end of the day it's the players on the pitch the overpaid whores that are the feckin problem, that team on Saturday should have easily beat Barnsley, i bet the vast majority of the team were cruising so to conserve energy for the Inter game.Originally posted by fredo View PostYou'll be boring people with the same arguments with another manager in xxx years time.We come not to play.
