The thing that have pissed me off this season isn't that we have dropped a lot of points, I can take that. It's that some of the players don't work their socks off week in week out whatever team we play against.
Sometimes it's like looking on a starting XI like this.....

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

Oh come on, seriously though, lack of inate talent maybe, but if there is one player who cannot be accused of not being motivated every time he pulls on the red shirt, its Dirk Kuyt.
