You could say they have cheated but the Premier League have become so rich that the only way to get to the top is to buy your way in.

Otherwise the amount of money that goes to the top clubs means it's a lockout for 'smaller' clubs. I mean, how well have Leicester done from winning the league and getting into Europe? They have a few good players to build on but they'll be top 10 at best over the next 5 years.
