Plessis was amazing against Arsenal I think but that was a one-off and he slowly disappeared..

I alway thought he was called Zat Whitbread, a pretty daft name tbf. Must've been a web type back in the dayOriginally posted by Fivex View Post12/20
Pretty much all the 2nd half, scant first.
Zak Whitbread looks about 60 there
I remember when we thought Plessis was gonna make it.

Will give that a listen this PM.
I'm one of the only people on here that finds what Michael Owen has to say fascinating (I reckon he is a great pundit, offers real insight to the art of being a striker).
Set to be a solid Pod when you consider the ex players Carra will have access to.Last edited by Buzzo; 06-02-20, 02:05 PM.Modifying post.

I don't mind him as a pundit and time has healed most of the anger I had towards him. He left, we won the CL and he'll always have that regret hanging over himOriginally posted by Buzzo View PostWill give that a listen this PM.

Re-treading the same old ground rationalising things - the Madrid move just happened to emerge one day, he tried ever so hard to get back to us multiple times, honestly he did, he would have had to retire if he didn't go to Utd, blah blah blah what a load of ****. Carra being nice to his mate by not probing the obvious flaws in his version of events at every stage.Like blood on iron

I wasn't so interested in the transfer stuff, though the stuff about him and his parents in tears at Anfield after he was booed was quite something - but the stuff about the Houllier years, him being in decline from about age 20 etc was very interesting. I remember Mark Leather, the physio, being turfed out but I didn't know it was for that. Houllier was always so insecure, and the stuff about getting an injured Owen to play in a friendly cos "he needed a result" was bat****

& did Henry reply with "Va Va Voom"?Originally posted by Daniel 7 View PostThe Carragher podcast with Gerrard was excellent.
So was the one Carragher did with Henry - there was an amusing tale he had when he was in London, a cab driver was by him just showing him a piece of paper, pointing at it that simply said "Thierry Henry"
Nope, don't need anger management, you just need to stop pissing me off!
