I know but it's best not to think about that cos it's just depressing! Hopefully this is just the start now they are playing with lots of confidence.

Torres has become a much, much better player at LFC, better players around him, better team, and a better Manager.thought he'd be good but not this good, if we can get a suitable partner for him we are going to be awesome.
"I watched the Champions League quarter-finals and the way they crushed Arsenal. Only the greatest and the best can play such a match.

So because some teams defend poorly against us that makes Nando a bad player? He's got the quality to make the most of their mistakes, which is not the case of a number of other strikers.

Why is Babel knackered all the time?
            Because he is always sleeping

In fairness mate, he hasn't really. He was one of the worlds very best before he came too. He was the best in Spain and I include Eto in that.

Before we all start wetting ourselves over beating West Ham 4-0 can we just remember that some people around these parts were hailing Rafa as the new messiah when we were unbeaten in the league prior to Reading and we all know how that turned out.

A good performance and result tonight against a pretty poor West Ham.
I'm not "wetting" myself about beating West Ham. I've lurked for awhile and 90% of all your posts reek of negativity. There appears to be no objectivity whatsoever.

Anyone know how many of Ronaldos have been penalties? Wondering if Nando is ahead in the goals from open play stakes. Wouldn't be suprised!

Well if we can maintain this level of performance and take the "crushing" machine into next season, we will have a beast of a manager - better than Demento and Wenger. Not only will he be fantastic on the European scene, but also potentially great in the League. And that's what I want - someone who can deliver it all. Old Maureen couldn't even do that. It's easy to only realise what you had when you dont' have it. Anyone fancy going back to the days of being ****e in Europe? **** that, we're good in Europe and I don't think we're that far off being the very best in the league either......roll on next season for that, along with some stability and some funds to add those elusive one or two top class players we need.

Was Pako on the pitch at the end last night congratulating Stevie and El Nino?

I watched Sky extended highlights last night but didnt see it

A mate mailed me earlier very excited that he may come back...
"Through me the way into the suffering city,
Through me the way to the eternal pain,
Through me the way that runs among the lost.
                            Justice urged on my high artificer;
                            My maker was divine authority,
The highest wisdom, and the primal love.
Before me nothing but eternal things were made,
                            And I endure eternally.
Abandon every hope, ye who enter here."

                            And like that… he's gone
