    Is Hicks in a precarious financial situation then? Are we all 100% sure that it wasn't Gillett who held us back in the loan negotiation stakes? I'm merely asking, as Gillett has always been the poor man out of the two.

      Not really imo. It's qualifying for the CL that's really important. The fight for 4th place is killer.

          There's an idea...every 'pool fan worldwide puts a pound in for a game of killer, winner gets the lot...how many fans have we got worldwide? Enough to purchase half a football club? At least then the fans would have a representitive on the board.

          Could take a whole lot of 50p coins though.

          I think my cunning plan needs some more thought.
