to be fair to the lad, SG recently hasnt done it for us against the mancs, but I do think he is primed to have a stormer on Sunday

Yeh man, we need to clatter all the ****ers on their own turf. Bully them and kick them out of the game.

We need to be quicker to the tackle and get a ****ing foot in there and snap them, ****ing ******s Utd!

Time to step up to the plate Steven Gerrard. Show them that you ARE the best!

It's more a case of the team not playing well against Scum since Rafa arrived, it's not like everyone else is flying whilst Gerrard is having a shocker, the whole team has underperformed against them.

The frustrating thing with Gerrard is that he sometimes takes to much on and tries to cover the whole pitch, making him less effective. When other players do their jobs, he doesn't have to, and so becomes more effective.

The further Gerrard drops, the more isolated Torres becomes. This makes us more reliant on Kuyt and Babel to create something. And let's be honest here, Babel still has alot to learn and Kuyt is not really good enough.

We need a TEAM performance, get that and we are more than a match for Man Utd.
That's the good thing about this new role. SG doesn't need to know what he needs to do, he can do whatever he wants!

His new role is much clearer than we he was playing in a 442. Do stuff!

So now you are balming his shirt number for his downturn in form against the Mancs?

I think he will play a blinder on Sunday as well, that midfield battle will be key. With the form him and Mascherano are in hopefully we can control the midfield and give Torres and Babel a chance to find the back of the net.

SG is purely an impact player. Relieving him from having to set the tempo, chase back then all he has left to do is make an impact. And I think he will

well said el jefe. this triumvirate (sp?) really is a world beater isnt it. with torres out in front of it. imagine the day they all click and have storming games. we could destroy anyone.

could possibly upgrade xabi for fabregas (consistency rather than talent/ability puts cesc above imho) but i wouldnt be in a hurry to take anyone over the other two i dont think.

does anderson start regularly for scum now?

                        is scholes playing?

masher has a big ****in task ahead of him if both those guys are playing. the few times i've seen anderson he seemed like the real thing. pops up everywhere for a pass and passes really well himself. doesn't seem to have scholes ability to finish a move but maybe he'snot been asked to do that yet.

torres vs vidic and ferdinand... if it was ferdinand and brown you'd think he could do very well. vidic is a ****in animal though and i wish he was our animal. huge battle.

would be surprised if babel has the head for this game. will give the ball away a lot.

sg? free to do whatever he wants from wherever he wants and he can destroy anyone.

rafa? who could blame him if he goes tothe cautious side of things for this one but even as a doubter i don't give a **** how we win this as long as we do. it won't "blow the premiership race wide open" but it would be hard to not feel a surge of excitement if we win and bluescum/arse draw...

It's always a long story where VBH is concerned. She's a legend.
