**** all this bull**** about Maschers red card - he deserved it. Man does he need to learn some self control. Stop kidding yourselves otherwise. End of.

Even up to the red card we passed the ball very poorly and the confidence was just not there. Our passing was piss poor generally.

Pepe had the worst game I have ever seen from him. Very unusual. That trnasmitted through to the back four who were very uneasy throughout and Carra is really trying my patience again now after about 4 years of near immunity.

The midfield were outclassed, outworked and generally outpassed. Sad to see Alonso a near on spectator. Hate to say it but they could learn so much from Scholes who was quiet and just kept the play ticking over in his own way. Tosser.

Kuyt is just never going to cut it at this level. Babel is still to much of a lightweight but will come good. Gerrard just couldn't get a grip on the game because the Scum had him sussed and never game him that space to work into. Never mind.

Torres worked hard but there are not many strikers who are going to play up front alone and get much change out of the Scum Cbs.

So, in summary, we just were not good enough today. I don't blame the ref I just blame the team. The game confirmed how far we are from a genuine title-winning team.

Thank God we have another massive game next week to put it right and move on. I have every confiednce we will.

The sending off made the difference. I wasn't impressed by the quality of football played by both teams. Having one extra man made all the difference for them.
