The Barça not think of any other coach

Despite some reports emerging from yesterday, the directive commands Joan Laporta has not been raised negotiate with another technical

Frank Rijkaard is the technical Barça which has invested and will continue to rely on it to the end of this season and, except carnage to the next. Yesterday was suggested by some media that the club had a coach 'capping' to replace the Dutch. Nothing could be further from the truth. The club is not an alternative poses much less the coach of Madrid.

The Barça has not contacted the current Liverpool coach or his representative, Manuel Garcia Quilón, as it is not considered an option for the bench of Barça. Beyond that is not looking for a replacement to Rijkaard, Benitez has the option of converting its many complications clocking virtually unworkable. The whole 'network' has it very well tied up and not give him the letter of freedom for leaves to Barça. In Liverpool still believe in the former Valencia coach, but this season some discrepancies arose with the owners of the club. The reaction of the 'supporters', giving its full support to the pulse Benitez opted to him and has not returned to be questioned.

Moreover, the very Benitez is very happy at Liverpool, which has powers over all sports fields, in the style of Arsène Wenger at Arsenal, and their opinion is crucial in making decisions as transfers or renewals. In Barça could not perform this role because it would take over a sports vice president, Marc England, and a technical secretary, Txiki Begiristain. The Madrid is happy in England and is a thorn in the Premier League, a title that not only one resists, but each season is soon discarded.

The name of Benitez does not fall into any of the pools that could be created within the board, but there is no possibility at the moment it reaches any of the other coaches who have been involved in orbit blaugrana. The options Mourinho, who seems to have his future at Inter, and Laudrup had been parked. As SPORT progressed, the board decided at its meeting on Tuesday that it would continue to believe in the draft Rijkaard and the Dutch had already begun to design the next season hand in hand with Begiristain. Their philosophy and spirit make him the ideal for technical Joan Laporta.

Benitez's agent is a big hitter over there, he is clearly up to something, Benitez knows what he is doing also.

Fortunately, we are smarter than you think and this won't wash.
My sources are credible actually, just because Tom Hicks isn't playing ball it doesn't mean I was that wrong. I was one of the first on this and on any board to say that DIC were back in, at a time when nobody had a clue that the owners wanted out. I post in good faith to be honest and don't need dick heads questionning the integrity of what I post. Not everything happens as planned... my missus could tell me she is going shopping, it might rain and she might stay in.. anything can happen it doesn't mean people lose credibility.

Rafa is known to do this every summer, it is what he does, he did it at Valencia too....

For the record... Seeing as though Mascherano and Torres have only just got here... I'd not want him to go until at least the end of next season. I'd hate for these two want to leave and he deserves to see them flourish. He needs to get the two world class players he craves and the fans and manager need to stop making excuses. Only then can we make a judgement on him.... at last - plus the 5 year plan will have finished then and there will be no more excuses.

Tick tock. Ignored the whole DIC piece.

So explain to me exactly how someone from a fan group is in on conversations involving Quillon. Just because they are part of SOS does not imply credibility.

I don't care what Rafa has done in the past, now is now. Explain to me how you "source" came by this information and I'll consider believeing you are something other than an agenda driven wum.

BTW Notice I gave you the respect of quoting you

Basically Rafa is (again) playing mind games with the board to get a new contract/more money etc.

I think he is now beginning to take the piss and constantly destabilising the club.
dont believe a word of it.

if youd have said hes trying to manoeuvre a move it would have made more sense.

no matter what you say about him rash, and you say a lot,i dont think you can say hes money motivated.

and just for the record, explain how he is CONSTANTLY destabilizing the club.
You two scousers are always yapping,I'm gonna show you some serious rapping.

The guy in question (Andy Heaton) is a top man and loves Rafa but is pissed off that this has come out. The other guy works at the Echo and is known in LFC circles - he recently interviewed Agger in that same paper - Peter Schulz... Tony Barrett has been briefed also.. notice how I am actually naming names and not hiding behind anyone. I also named my sources for the DIC stuff openly. I don't know why people get stick for trying to be honest and passing on what they have heard.

The money bit is about transfer funds mate, not a pay rise. He does want a new contract though. It's about leveraging more power at the club and getting more transfer funds.

Destabilising the club, I mean his public outburst.. I don't think any manager out there would survive the outbursts against the owers (and I hate them) that he has made.

I don't think he will deliver us the league but I am sick of falling out with fellow reds on this issue.. I'd rather him be given the full 5 years and then we can move on. If he does it, i will do cartwheels, if he doesn't then he should go... and 5 years is fair enough I'd say.

I work in the media and this just doesn't add up. If you want to get this kind of story out you don't go around briefing all and sundry (that would be way too obvious). You pick one influential outlet and brief one or two journos from that. They run it and the story naturally spreads (meanwhile the risk that someone will give the game away is limited because you hardly told anyone directly).

YOur credibility is shot to pieces. You know if you are going to post such BS that you will need to back it up. You can't seem to do that.

so whats wrong with looking for extra money for transfers then

and hes made ONE outbust rash,ONE.

thats hardly what would be considered constant rash,by all accounts he has a decent relationship with hicks now.

you just need to be careful with your wording mate, you make it sound like raffa goes around shouting the odds all the time.

It was briefed in England before the Spanish papers got it... this appeared last Monday... but in Spain on Wednesday.
