Reina doesn't know whether to stick or twist. This surely creates more uncertainty in defence. He needs to make a clear decision and just take out everyone if he is to claim the ball from the air and fall on his defenders and the opposition players. The referee will protect the goalkeeper in this situation nine times out of ten.

Reina is the most complete keeper in the world. He set up our goal today for example and almost created another one.

I don't know how people expect that he should be able to get the ball in the middle of a bunch of players. It's a big chance that he would have missed it if he had tried to get it and that would really been a disaster.

The goal today should have been taken care of by our defenders, not Reina.
Just believe and you never know what will happen.

According to Benitez it's important not simply to go out to win but to go out prepared to win, which means players have to put in the same level of work on a daily basis. Anything else is unacceptable.

You don't keep 54 clean sheets in 100 games if you are not a top quality keeper, you simply don't.

Goalkeeping isn't only about making brilliant saves, it's about organizing the defense, act like a sweeper and set up quick counter attacks.

Name one keeper that is a more complete keeper than Reina if you count in all the above. You simply won't find one.

          Me?

Average goalkeeper, there are plenty worse around, but plenty better at the same time. Not up there with cech, van der sar or david james imo.
Old slow and past it, if the Old Tramp doesn't boot him in favour of Foster next season he needs his eyes testing...much like you really.

Anyway, are you a manc or a chav, everyone is dying to know

Because Nic is convinced his opinion is superior to all others and he has decided we are all beyond stupid if we disagree with him.

The Reina bashing is just plain stupid. He is a world class keeper. Makes brilliant saves game after game, his all round game is fantastic

Im not saying he's the best in the world because thats Iker Casillas, but Reina is in the top 6/7

This sounds like a Baldrick quote. "Opinions differ on the subject. I think he's rubbish, everybody else thinks he's great." Think for a while - maybe it says something about your opinion.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

Strangely enough less corners on average. actually it's not that strange as the big matches tend to be midfield battles for the majority. So that's the point you were trying to make out the window!

Set pieces are a major worry- both attackingb & defending -aye.

As far as our league form against the other "big 3" is concerned tho, i think it's worth mentioing it is sloooowly getting better over the last couple of seasons in terms of performances/results, Scum aside.
                      3rd place. Worst champions ever.

Is it though? We have failed to win in 6 matches against them this season scoring a measly 3 goals in those matches. That's shocking.

Aye, not great in that respect, but our results against the Chavs & Gooners these last 2 years have been as good (or as bad) as theirs against us- ie weve picked up the same points, meaning where we finish is down to our points against others has determined whether we finish above them. THis is better than the 1st couple of seasons under Rafa.

Our games against Scum tho are a ****ing disgrace & need looking into big time.

Suppose yeah, there's never much in them. Only the set pieces really. UTD in fact have got most of their wins due to one play basically , IE: the snatch and grab the last 2 years at anfield, so you might say theyve been a little fortunate
