as inconsistent as we are in the league, it's hard not to love Rafa on nights like tonight.

TBH, we were lucky with the peno decision both home and away. It could have easily gone the other way to Arse as in Hleb's penalty but no penalty for Babel's fall. But saying that, we make our own luck...thanks to Rafa's subs.

I just hope that he can bring us the league. His magic will rub off on the league at some point!

If he brings us the CL this year via Inter, Arsenal, Chelsea and United then I will die a happy man.
I'm playing all the right notes. Not necessarily in the right order. I'll give you that, sunshine.

              Rafa is a tactical genius.
We have beaten Juventus , Inter , Barca , Chelsea , Arsenal , Milan , plus many other "lesser" teams in the last 4 seasons. The only 2 "big" teams we still have to beat in Europe are Real Madrid and the Scum.

Ask any fan of any other European team if they can match that record

This man is closing in on Sir Bob's record. Admittedly he has only one, so far, but who would back against him taking said record. I'd be happy with that, and I reckon Bob probably would be as well.

                Love the Rafa!!
"That's how I found myself on the Kop that day I had my blue-and-white scarf safely tucked away inside my coat as I listened to Liverpool songs and swayed with the masses.

Then City scored and I screeched and this big bloke, a Liverpool supporter, made towards me and I thought he was going to throttle me. But he just pulled my scarf from under my coat so it lay on the outside, and said: "You should always be proud of your colours, lad."

Let's hope so - and that he can match Sir Bob's record domestically eventually.
                  3rd place. Worst champions ever.

                    Tactical genius. Simple as.

You don't fluke 3 semi-finals in 4 years, beating the very best in Europe.

I don't see why we have to try to denigrate Wenger to praise Rafa. Both of those managers are fantastic at their job IMO and all three have strengths and weaknesses the others do not.

Actually re-reading your post it is much less unreasonable than when I did at first. I think I have been influenced by the general tone of praise and attacks on Wenger.

Love the guy. He is a genius and it's frightening for other teams to think how young he is. He will master the premier league yet and hopefully he stays for a long time.

Is he forgiven by all now, or are there still people wanting him out?
