    Parry can go once we are settled in with the new owners. Whilst the Yanks have a say in the boardroom he can stay, if only because he seems to want them both out the club.

        It's barmey. Possibly the worst shareholder agreement ever written. There comes a point where Hick' actions could be considered as damaging to GGs interests and investment. A court may have to decide the next step.
