I will never forget 15th April 89. I was on holiday with my parents listening to the game on the radio. My Grandfather and uncle where at the match, we had to wait until 11.30 that night until we knew they were ok. Two years to the day 1991 at 3.06pm my Grandfather died.

    YNWA 96.

Superb turnout for a working day. Kop looked almost full from where I was sitting.

      RIP.

Watched it on telly earlier and it was very moving.

          Justice for the 96.
That rug really tied the room together.

The new Hillsborough documentary is just starting on LFCtv, which I think is on freeview tonight for those with a digibox. You can also stream it via e-season.

The documentary, although difficult and upsetting, was essential viewing for any Red.

Neil Fitzmaurice and Rogan Taylor spoke particularly well, and vividly, about the day and its aftermath.

On the whole I thought LFCTV handled the day exceptionally well and in great taste. Well done to them.

Does anyone know if there's a transcript anywhere of Phil Hammond's inspirational reading/speech at the service?

They should repeat things like this on the LFC channel throughout the year though to educate new fans or fans that don't know the true extent of the disaster.
We managed to rectify it, though, because it now says, "Cook" where it once said "Cock", and "Pass" where it once said "Piss", so it’s slightly less rude.
