Season 1 of the Liverpool soap opera will run for a few weeks/months yet by the look of things. I just ****in pray that Season 2 will never ever be commissioned!!

Unless he states as fact that he will sell / has already sold, then its all bollocks im afraid.
Someone else mentioned that even if he announced the arrival of kaka and messi it would be negative as we know the cash would be loaned and more debt heaped on the club.
It will be more spin which undoubtedly will make us look bad. I really truly despise this fella.

We could, apparently it was only delayed because he was advised to do so!

He should know these things FFS!

          Forwards.......

the lying mother ****ing scumbag is trying to play some divide and rule bollocks on us. I also despise parry but it is not a hicks & rafa vs parry scenario.

He can **** off and then some and if anyone is left on here that wants to give this lying **** the time of day then i despair for them.

He hasn't got th balls to turn up to anfield cos he knows what would happen to him if he did.

I cant see that under other owners eccept the ruski that the financing of messi and kaka would be done in any other way.

Still want Hicks out however we need to be mindful that we dont know if anyone better is interested.

The guy is off his ****in rocker. Going on Sky is only going to alienate him further. Does he not understand the bad taste this is leaving in the mouth of every lfc fan. He needs to stop feeding the press machine and start getting his house in order.
                Dare we believe

Yes but my point was that everything he has done has been through loans. Thats not good especially as we generally only make a small profit each year.
Theres only 1 announcement he could make to make me happy and thats unlikely at this stage.

my point is that we dont know if other people would do it any differently.

it is seen as an efficient way of raising capital. (i think any experts can you say whether it is or not)

plus his expertese is supposed to be in doing that way. Also you would have to ask that as he is guaranteeing some of the loans he must be confident that he can make money with liverpool.

I think the whole loan thing is a bit of a red herring. if we continue as we are commercially then yes we are ****ed but if we dont then it will be ok. and he has put in place a commercial director etc and one of his things in the letter about parry is the commercial side of things.

Please dont think i am pro the yanks as I am not. The one thing is that we have no idea about other parties and how they would do it. I think in terms of financial structure they would do the same. Even chavs are in debt but the ruski guarantees them (or that is how it was in the first year he was there)

Just occurred to me...has hicks realised he has no hope and is going down so has decided to take as many people as possible with him. Seems like that to me

I really dread his press conferences

Liverpool's primary focus right now should be on winning the CL semi-final and finishing top 4

It WAS an excellent way to do business, but when there is next to no liquidity in the market and you can't stump up cash for guarantees. Then it is a different ball game, ESPECIALLY if the rest of your empire is leveraged and you start getting calls on that finance.

In todays market (which will last 2-3 years at least), you need someone with cash reserves behind you. That is not Hicks.

Let's see what happens in about 12 months time when he has to re-finance the last lot of debt AND then get more debt for the stadium build.

Love him or hate him, I want him out, if only because he does not have the financial resources to support us without taking on SIGNIFICANT risk which will just be deflected onto us. (BTW There are 1 or 2 other reasons to nuke his ass )

the bloke's in a lose-lose situation really. if wouldn't give a **** about what the supporters think he'd not feel the need to constantly explain and defend himself. call him a media whore but at least he trying to get his message across whereas the other donkey's even worse with his silence and obvious couldn't-care-less attitude.
