Lucas has had a very impressive first season for a young brazilian player. You slate him on here constantly yet don't back up what you say. One or 2 bad games does not mean he is a rubbish player.

Experienced players have come in for more money and shown less in their first season (I remember Pires doing very little in his first season as an example). He is a kid with a lot of potential getting good experience which will stand him in good stead.

Voronin can't control a ball, can't shoot, and has no pace. When he's having an off day (which is nearly every game) he gives nothing to the team...poor work rate and runs around like a headless chicken

he's had far more missing games that good. offers nothing imo. i don't rate him, and until i see him improve i think he was a wasted buy. what in your opinion constitutes a very impressive first season?

I do back up what i say, he offers nothing, is lightweight, not seen anything of this box to box player, anyone who compares him to gerrard is deluded.
