    Omen for Wed Massive game

"And anyway, they've got fate on their side. There may not have been any Royal weddings this year, Ken and Deirdre have not got hitched on Coronation Street and the Pope most certainly is not dead.

But there is an omen to cling to. In 2005, Liverpool played Chelsea five times and beat them in their fifth game. Exactly the same thing happened in 2006 and 2007.

On Wednesday Liverpool will play Chelsea for the fifth time this season!
    "

    Come on Liverpool

if its left to football well take them..

if its 12 vs 11 it will be tough
"Sky and Setanta have the right to choose their games and it will be the same for everyone. So Mr Ferguson will not be complaining about fixtures and a campaign against United.

"Or there is another option. That Mr Ferguson organises the fixtures in his office and sends it to us and everyone will know and cannot complain. That is simple."

Exactly my thoughts. I fear that football ability will not hold the key to this one

Well if that's the case and, heaven forbid, we do go out, then we can bitch and moan but do so with our heads held high

I hope Lampard does play. I doubt he will but if he does I feel that will work for us.
Nah. He won't win the Prem. You can quote me on that. - Sarb24

Know what you mean there. It says he trained Sunday & is likely to play. But we'll see.

We'd win if he was a fan!!

Could work against us also though if the referee is feeling compassionate - I expect he will play alright
At a football club there's a holy trinity- the players the manager and the supporters, Directors dont come into it, they are only there to sign the cheques " - Bill Shankly

**** lampard. if he wants to play so be it. it's been a sad week for him granted, but he is still and always will be a fat ****ing cunt not fit to lace our stevie's boots

and anyway - kuyt's dad passed away and he didn't get any preferential treatment

compassion should have no bearing on the referre's decision-making
