As for awarding points for a loss after extra time, then the only way that would be remotely fair is if in one's prediction they specifically mentioned extra time. A simple Chelsea 3 - 2 Liverpool would not suffice. Whereas 3-2 after extra time would.

I've awarded 10 points to anyone who said 1-1 after 90 minutes, regardless of comments about penalties or extra time. That's been quite easy to judge, as by definition, anyone who said anything about extra time was predicting 1-1 as that's the only score that could have taken us there. And everyone pretty much said we'd win in extra time or penalties so there's no discrepancy there.
I awarded 3 points for one prediction of 0-0 (a draw and would have meant we lost so correct overall outcome). I however did not award points for 2-2 or 3-3, as although still a draw, those would have meant we went through.
