I want it.

I want the mancs in Moscow. I want to be inside the stadium for potentially the biggest ever game in club football. I want to feel alive.

In terms of a single moment it would produce the greatest buzz imaginable. Better than sex, love, marriage, kids, any kind of drugs. Just think of it.

Think of Gerrard's last minute goal in the FA Cup final, think of Dudek's save in Istanbul. Think of the shock, the surprise, the raw passion, then multiply it by ten and you might get somewhere near the cocktail of emotions a Liverpool - Man Utd European Cup final would elict.

**** it. You only live once. You can't live in fear.

I'm prepared to take the gamble.

Now is the time to remember WHY is Liverpool FC is our club. Why we would bleed for this club.

Think back to the time you when you first fell in love with LFC; what was so special about it? What made it stay with you forever? Why does it make you so sick for days when we lose and so happy and content when we win?

For me its my granddad. The raw energy that would spill out of him during the match; I can remember him throwing things at the TV, screaming at the ref, jumping up and down like a mad man when we scored.

When he was well enough he would take me to the match and we would both sit in the Kop singing out hearts out. "Remember this son!" he would say to me "This is what it means to be a fan of LFC!" This passion for our club, it would flow out of him like wave after wave of water crashing on the rocks. When the Kop was in full swing it was amazing feeling to be part of something like this, everyone working for the same goal and everybody having a share in the rewards.

It became part of me forever.

They were my special days out with my granddad.

When he was on his deathbed, his last words to me were "Remember our times supporting LFC and our times in the Kop, you are part of the biggest family in the world now son! When you are in there, when you are watching LFC, remember, I am always with you."

This is WHY LFC is so special to me and I would give anything to have him by my side to watch Man Utd face OBLITERATION at the hands of LFC during the biggest single club match that could ever be staged - the Champions League Final.

So I ask you all NOW to remember why you love this club so much and what it means to you.

Lets win it for the people who are no longer here
Lets win it for those who showed us what it means to support our club
Lets win for the 96
Lets win it for Liam
