So what has that got to do with me saying it will be hard to win the league under Rafa?

Why the **** did bring ****ing pennant on? He has done **** all all season. First out the door imo, really not fit enough to wear a red shirt.

Because he prefers workate over quality mate, and Pennant tracks back more than babel

Because against the Brum, Pennant was unplayable!

Rafa is great, but he should never have mentioned the Drogba diving issue.

But Drogba should have had this yellow for 4-5 times just kicking the ball away at freekicks - complaining, jumping into Benayouns chest delibertaly and all that kind of stuff.

I'm sure Torres got a kick from Terry as Torres made the freekick against him and jumped over him. He was according to BBC injured.

And - given the result from Anfield I must admit the even with our men scoring two at Stamski Bridge - they just wern't up to it tonight. They geared down to go for penalties as the extra time started - and the Chelseaplayers smelled that chance - and then the blues are to smart and efficient to leave such a chance. Lets just hope they are allowed for once to touch the Cup this year (and beating ManU. by 4 or 5 in the final - and Christianino having to be taken home in a hospitalfligth).

                    Sorry two critical moments

Riise went to sleep and let Anelka get in the cross in

                      Pennant... workrate... ha!

Puts more effort in to warming up. Delivery is **** and he can hardly beat players.

Nice to see that people are being constructive and not picking on the easy targets.

Pennant was MOTM on Saturday, and was only on the pitch for a small fraction of tonight's game. He's not the reason why we lost.

Same goes for Kuyt, he worked hard tonight and got in a good position to force a good save from Cech. He's not the reason why we lost.

Bennayoun didn't have a great game, but was wonderful for Torres's goal. He's not the reason why we lost.

You can't win them all, and we were in the running right until the last minute of extra time. We played alright tonight. Small things make the difference in games like this, and the turning point of the tie was Riise's own goal. Without that we'd have been through. But I can't even blame him, as Carra said in the build up, both him and Gerrard have scored OGs in big games. It can happen to anyone.

There's no point dissolving into bitterness. It just wasn't our night.

BS. We were beaten by the better team on the night. When half of your players don't turn up, you can hardly blame it on the manager. SG, XA, YB, DK where were you?

Not workrate, just more workrate than babel!

I too am at a losss mate, but that's all i can see may have been going on in Rafa's mind!

They were bound to win one of these semis eventually. It just wasn't to be this year for us. I'm looking forward to next season though. Just a little tweak here and there and I think good things can happen.

I thought Avram Grant was having a heart attack at the end of the match and not just kissing the pitch.

lol yeah was a little pre-planned that celebration i think. For a club to reach their first european cup final i thought celebrations would be a bit more enthusiastic from the fans, but what can you expect eh.
